Deco BE22 (2-pack) builds a seamless whole-home Wi-Fi 7 network using TP-Link Mesh and AI-Driven Mesh, which analyses the environment and automatically selects optimal settings. Two units deliver consistent coverage across larger spaces, eliminating dead zones and enabling uninterrupted roaming. Each node includes two Gigabit ports with auto WAN/LAN detection and supports combined wired-wireless backhaul for maximum throughput.
Multi-Link Operation (MLO) allows devices to transmit and receive across multiple bands and channels simultaneously, boosting speed, cutting latency, and improving reliability during online gaming, video calls, or 4K/8K streaming. Support for 160 MHz channels, 4K-QAM, and OFDMA ensures efficient handling of many concurrent clients. The system operates in router or access point mode depending on network requirements.
HomeShield delivers basic security features including malicious site blocking, DDoS prevention, network scanning, and parental controls with profiles, time limits, and content filters. Separate guest networks on each band isolate visitors from the main network. Backward compatibility with older Wi-Fi standards and any ISP makes the system suitable for replacing existing equipment.
